Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of both the damaged item and its packaging

  • We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly

Refund/Replacement Options

🔄 For Damaged Items:

  1. Replacement (if available) - our preferred solution

  2. Full refund if replacement isn't possible

Non-Returnable Items

 We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Change of mind purchases

Important Notes
